SA Great Whisky Degustation Dinner

The Malt Whisky Society of Australia, in conjunction with Hoosegow Charcoal Restaurant, is hosting a Degustation Dinner that highlights and matches a selection of some of SA's most outstanding  single malt whiskies, paired with a specially-curated degustation menu, prepared by the team at Hoosegow Charcoal Restaurant.

DEGUSTATION MENU

STARTER 
Food – Sweet Potato fries + Confit Garlic Bulb (garlic to share with others)
Whisky – 5Nines - Unpeated Release VR001, 42.5% ABV
 
ENTREE 
Food – Swiss Mushroom and Empanadas
Whisky – Fleurieu Distillery ‘Albatross’ , 46% ABV
 
MAIN
Food – Lamb cutlet, Barramundi (there will be a vegetarian option)
Whisky – MWSoA - 43 + 44 Southern Coast, 51.3% ABV
 
SWEET
Food – Panacotta
Whisky – Tria Prima - Bruxa Batch 01, 46% ABV
